Privacy notice — The New Karaoke
This notice explains how Peyderpey handles what you send us through a contact form on The New Karaoke or any of our other sites (karaokebul.com, thenewkaraoke.com, kstars.io, karaoke.ist, peyderpey.ltd). It is written for visitors in Türkiye (KVKK, Law No. 6698), the European Union (GDPR) and the United Kingdom (UK GDPR).
Who we are. The data controller is Peyderpey Organizasyon Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Harbiye Mah. Bostan Sk. No: 15 İç Kapı No: 5, Şişli / İstanbul, MERSİS 0729133871800001. Contact for anything in this notice: kvkk@peyderpey.ltd.
What we collect. Only what you type into the form: your name, an e-mail address or phone number, your preferred language, your message and any details the form asks for (for example your venue's name and city). With it we record the page you sent it from, the time and your browser's user agent. Our spam check processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots; we do not store them with your message.
Room photos. If you send photos of your space with a room-design request, we use Google Gemini through Google Cloud, under business terms, to prepare design suggestions. Google does not use your photos to train its models. We delete the photos with the rest of your request.
Why, and on what legal basis.

We do not send you newsletters or promotions unless you tick a separate box asking for them. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who receives it. Our own team, and service providers that host and process it for us: Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (security, spam protection and delivery), Hostinger (web hosting), Google Cloud (Gemini) (AI design suggestions from room photos, under business terms; not used for training), VeriTeknik (server hosting in Türkiye for privacy requests and consent records (kvkk.peyderpey.ltd)). They act on our instructions only. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Transfers abroad. Some of these providers store or process data outside Türkiye, and some outside the EU and UK. For Türkiye we rely on KVKK Art. 9 safeguards (standard contracts notified to the KVKK Authority). For the EU and UK we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.
How long we keep it. 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete it. If the conversation leads to a contract, we keep what the law requires for that contract (up to 10 years for commercial and tax records in Türkiye).
Your rights. You can ask whether we hold your data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and learn who received it. In the EU and UK you can also ask us to restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Make a request or withdraw a consent at kvkk.peyderpey.ltd, or write to kvkk@peyderpey.ltd. We reply within 30 days. Under KVKK you can apply to us under Art. 11 and Art. 13 and, if you are not satisfied, to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). In the EU you can complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
